Connecticut State Requirement for 6th Grade Students

Connecticut State Law requires ALL students to have a physical exam during sixth grade. The CT Health Assessment form needs to be on file in the nurse’s office by the last day of 6th grade. We accept physicals dated from June 1, 2024. Upon completion of the exam, please email the completed CT health assessment record to the lower division health office. New. Canaan Youth Field Hockey

New Canaan Youth Field Hockey is kicking off the spring season with Sunday evening clinics for grades 5-8 at the High School turf fields. It's not too late to join in the fun and improve your skills for the fall season. Spring clinics are held Sunday nights, grades 5&6 (6-7pm) and grades 7&8 (7-8pm). Sessions will run on the following dates: 4/19, 4/26, 5/3, 5/10, 5/17, 6/7, 6/14. Clinics are led by Coach Megan (NCHS Varsity) and cost $200 per player.
