Please check out TutorConnect, the Girl Scout Silver Award Project of NCHS Freshman Emily Barnes. TutorConnect is a database/website that gives New Canaan students and tutors (paid and volunteer) a place to find each other!

Troop 70 - Website

Troop 70 is over 40 scouts, many of whom attend Saxe. The troop's website is a great resource for learning about the troop and all the activities the scouts are doing. Meetings are held weekly on Thursdays from 7:30pm to 8:45pm. The location has been changing due to Covid restrictions, but any interested families are welcome to visit. Please reach out to Scoutmaster Jose Morales or Troop Committee Chair Michael Reed with any questions or to go see the scouts in action.

 


 

 

What is SLOBs (Service League of Boys)? - Website

 

NCHS's School Service League of Boys (SLOBs) is a philanthropic club for sons and parents to initiate and promote educational and charitable endeavors that foster community responsibility and leadership, as well as strengthen the parent/son relationship.  Members currently serve over 50+ philanthropic organizations with over 70 different events each school year. SLOBs is the largest service club at NCHS with 250+ members and has served our community with over 35,000 volunteer hours.
